Sangita Patel is back on another tropical vacation.
On Wednesday, the 43-year-old took to Instagram to share a sun-kissed photo of herself rocking a black bikini while posing with her two daughters, Ava and Shyla, on a beach. In the post, Patel also included several throwback photos of herself enjoying tropical getaways with her kids over the years.
Th “ET Canada” host explained to her more than 152,000 followers that her family decided to take an impromptu vacation that, unfortunately, didn’t come without a few obstacles.
“Bam, we made it,” the Toronto-born TV personality penned in her caption. “Flight was delayed seven hours, and the airport line up took four hours for bag check. Turned out to be a 13-hour travel day.”
Despite Patel’s travel day not going as smoothly as she anticipated, it was well worth the trouble.
“Through it all, we laughed, made new friends in our misery and our one check-in luggage is still missing, ah well! Our last-minute trip with all the chaos is so worth it. I mean, over the years, these two got me in the water and faced my fear,” Patel wrote.
“Growing up too fast. As for me, more happy lines and officially the shorty.”
In the comments, fans praised Patel for taking her family on a getaway.
“Omg they’re growing so much! Supermodels,” penned Ottawa-born “NBC” host Aliya Jasmine.
“So cute!” one Instagram user commented, while another added, “Enjoy every moment, they grow up way too fast!”

Last month, the Canadian television personality took a vacation to Mexico with her husband, Samir Patel, where the pair demonstrated a “mind-blowing” fitness challenge on the beach and shared the footage in an Instagram Reel.
The video began with another couple completing the challenge before segueing to the Patels trying it themselves.
“We got this,” the on-screen text read, as Sangita attempted to jump on her husband’s shoulders. “Umm, maybe not.”
“Shocked,” she added, after finally nailing it.
“Yup, you know I couldn’t leave without a challenge on the beach,” she captioned her post before thanking her fans for sending her the challenge. “Took a few tries and a lot of laughter.”
